Ok..went there after a Santana cover band at the Broad Brook Opera House...They were FANTASTIC! But, I was hungry, so we left kind of early and used Waze to find food...went to a strip bar, 1st - NOT intentionally! Then a pool hall, then Yarde Tavern. By then, it was after 10:30 PM - not only was the kitchen still open, but everything we ordered was fresh made AND delicious! I'm a really fussy eater and my husband will eat anything...I got steak & cheese egg rolls - OMG! Hand-made and FRESH! With a (not too powerful) horseradish sauce - TO DIE FOR!!! I got a cobb salad and blackened chicken burger, which I got to go. Julie, at the bar, was THE BEST! I'm out for fun and hubby is driving, so...Julie really took care of me! The BEST food and DRINK ever! We go to the Broad Brook Opera House often, so we will stop HERE first! Or maybe after, but we WILL stop there every single time - do you know how hard it is to find a good place to eat after concerts these days? Yeah, Julie! Thank you! Oh, and they had a band (that we only heard about 3 songs), Steel something, but they were really good! Not Santana good, but really fun and really good! A+

We tried it here for lunch recently. The ambience was nice. There was a very large bar and lots of dining room seating. We ordered a tuna melt and a mediterranean panini wrap with chicken. Both were very good and so were the fries. They had a big menu with lots of other things we would try so we will be back when in the area.

Great local find with incredible food! This here is the Thanksgiving dinner off the November specials menu, which may have been the best specials menu ever created. The epic beer selection really seals the deal. This is the place.

We visited the Yarde Tavern after exploring the New England Air Museum, and were immediately greeted by Blues Brothers statues at the entrance, setting the tone for the fun and casual atmosphere of the restaurant. We opted to sit outside on the deck, which was comfortable but could get warm with the clear paneled roof on hotter days. The servers were friendly and attentive, and our food arrived promptly. I ordered an Allagash White beer, but was disappointed to find that it tasted old and was nearly turning, despite it being the start of summer. For starters, we tried the chicken parm eggrolls, which were perfectly cooked and seasoned, served with a delicious homemade marinara sauce. I then had the lobster roll, which was tender and a great summer dish, accompanied by crispy, salty fries and coleslaw. My only wish was for a side of melted butter for dipping. My partner ordered the pastrami reuben, which featured well-cooked and flavorful pastrami. However, they weren't a fan of the finely minced sauerkraut, which made a bit of a mess. All in all we would go back if were in the area again but probably change up a few items.

1st Timers to The Yarde Tavern in Enfield this afternoon. We started off with ten of the dry rub Smokey Mesquite wings -- excellent wings, some of the best we've ever had anywhere. Meaty. For our meals, my wife ordered the Chicken Milanese, and I went with the Fish n' Chips. HUGE portions. I felt her meal was slightly better than mine, but both were still stellar. Everything really hit the spot, we were very satisfied, and left with full tummies. Total (before tax), with drinks, was only $86. We felt that was very reasonable for the outstanding meals we had received. All in all, a great experience at Yarde Tavern this afternoon, we'd certainly come back again when in the area. An Easy 5 Star review.

I wish I could give them 4.5 stars! Yarde Tavern is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is consistently good. Their specials change often, which I love! Their Oktoberfest menu with pierogis is ahhhhhhmazzzzzing! Great lunch specials as well. Service is hit or miss but I come for the food. Ambiance is casual. Their interior can use updating but again, I'm here for the food. Full bar inside with bar tops to dine in. Philly cheesesteak wrap is so delicious. Fish and chips is out of this world. Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and veggies is my normal go-to but the Philly cheesesteak caught my eye today and I'm glad I got it. Their carrot cake is the best ever had and I've had lots of carrot cake! I highly recommend Yarde Tavern.
